HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
You can place an order at the Saver eShop Online Shop any time, day or night. First select a Product Category from the Category Overview or perform a quick search to view a brief description and thumbnail of the each of the products that we stock. If you would like to see a larger image and a detailed description of the product, you can do so by clicking on the product image or "More Details".
To add the product to your shopping basket, select the item that you would like to purchase and click the ordernow link.
You will now be taken directly to your shopping basket where any products that you have previously added in this session will be displayed. To continue shopping click the "continue" button. To complete your order, click "checkout". The next page will give you the option to retrieve your contact & delivery details if you have ordered from us before or register with Saver eShop. The next page displayed will show you the products that you have purchased, their costs, the cost of shipping the products and the total cost of your order. Fill in the required fields before submitting the form and choosing your preferred method if payment to complete the order. You will receive a confirmation email from both the payment provider (i.e.PayPal) and Saver eShop confirming your order details and receipt of payment.
DELIVERY
What does it cost?
Shipping cost starts from a flat rate of $10.50 in the USA and £9.95 in the UK. For orders over £200 delivery is free for delivery within mainland UK and orders over $1000 are delivered free within the USA. Delivery will be by post or courier at our discretion and is expected to take between 1 - 2 days, once despatched.

Where can I have my goods delivered?
You can choose to have your goods delivered to an alternative address to your home, if you wish. Please be aware that we will require a signature on delivery, so it may be more convenient to have the delivery made to your place of work or a friend, if no one is available at home to sign.
How long does it take to despatch my order?
We aim to despatch orders the next working day after the order has been placed, if the items are in stock, however at times of high demand this can increase to between 5 to 7 working days. We carry an extensive range of stock at Saver eShop but occasionally items do go out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will email or telephone you to inform you when your order will be sent.
RETURNS POLICY
Saver eShop individually checks goods to confirm that they are in first-class condition and dispatches them by our chosen method of delivery. To ensure safe delivery we package the goods in protected strengthened Jiffy packing/Card Packaging. We endeavor to despatch goods within 5 days from receipt of payment. If, for whatever reason, this is not possible, we will advise you immediately. If you are not satisfied with your goods, you should notify us as soon as you receive them. We will ask you to pack them securely and return them to us, at your cost and risk, in their original condition, within 5 days, together with your original receipt and original packing and we will refund you within 14 business days. You should send your Proof of Return to us by separate mail. Any damage or discrepancy with the goods supplied must be notified to us in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. We endeavor to respond to any complaints made with 5 working days. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Doing so may result in a longer wait time to replace your product or give you a refund. Send all correspondence to
